[MMD] Three costumes of Kanon (passthrough)

I invited Ms. Kanon of sm41002407 to join us in AR.
The height of the virtual camera is about the same as your sitting on a chair.
I intentionally made her smaller than the original height in MMD (I think she is cuter when she is smaller).
I made some modifications to reduce the flaws on the model surface with GreenBack.

Passthrough config:
- Hue: 33 (green)
- Saturation: 100
- Brightness: 100
- Range: 450 ?
- Falloff: 990 ?
