About this Privacy Policy

Infomediji operates the JillVR.com website and services, and provides the JillVR application for various platforms. Collectively these elements constitute the JillVR service. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect through your use of the service and how we will use this data.

Your use of, or request to use, the JillVR services constitutes your acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

 

Data Collected

The JillVR service collects data by itself, and via third-party services. We collect usage data, clicks, keypress events, motion sensor events, mouse movements, scroll position and touch events, duration of video views, portions of videos viewed, search phrases, referrers and other various statistics. If you have registered and are logged in, we may associate that information with your account. Where you supply them, we will collect your first name, last name, phone number and email address.

We automatically collect usage and tracking data. We have a legitimate interest in collecting this data as it enables us to provide the service. Provision of data not essential for us to provide the service is voluntary. Where a user chooses not to provide such non-essential data it will not impact our provision of the service.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Ireland Limited. Google utilises the Data collected to track and examine the JillVR service, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services.

Google may use the Data collected to contextualise and personalise the ads of its own advertising network.
