“Memories” is a song performed by LOVE LAIKA (Minami Nitta & Anastasia) in the 2015 anime The Idolmaster Cinderella Girls.
In the story, Minami collapses just before the performance, and Ranko Kanzaki steps in to sing with Anastasia.
Surprisingly, this version is available as an MV in Starlight Stage (Deresute).
The game features “Utaiwake,” where idols sing specific parts based on their assigned positions in a unit.
Normally, this doesn’t apply to idols outside the original unit—but “Memories” is a rare exception: Ranko Kanzaki can be assigned and will sing the song.
